Passive Heating without Building a New Home

Our Heating System is Different:
Passive house (German: Passivhaus) is a rigorous, voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building, reducing its ecological footprint. It results in ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating or cooling. Passive homes generally require that the home is built from the start.

There are Four Ways to House Energy:
- Low energy houses: are very well insulated and airtight houses that are equipped with a conventional heating system.
- Positive houses: are houses in which solar photovoltaic panels were installed in order to produce electricity.
- Passive or Bioclimatic house: This means zero impact in the environment. These new homes are the most ecological models. These houses have no heating system. They are rare and expensive, extreme thermal studies are being carried out for these new constructions. You cannot adjust the temperature. Renovation is impossible.
